Senior HR Executive 

(Salary Range: RM4,000-RM5,500)

Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in HR, especially in talent acquisition, performance management & KPI tracking/
  • Wajib ada pengalaman handle full HR spectrum (from hiring sampai performance & compliance).
  • Strong understanding of Employment Act, labour law & HR practices; this one memang penting.
  • Mahir buat structured / behavioral interview.
  • Ada pengalaman develop & audit SOP is a BIG PLUS.
  • Must have good command in professional English & Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken).
  • Strong communication skills – tahu bagi feedback, tahu tanya soalan, tahu handle people.
  • Boleh work independently, multitask and still function well in a team.
  • Boleh survive dalam fast-paced & growing environment (things move cepat here).
  • Boleh handle pressure, tight deadlines & unexpected challenges.
  • Coachable, open-minded and memang jenis suka belajar benda baru.
  • Ada high emotional intelligence & pandai manage people.

  • Mahir guna Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) & Zoom – our essential platforms!
  • Able to start immediately & based in Selangor / KL.

 Responsibilities 
  • Lead, develop and manage all aspects of the HR function in line with our values and business objectives.
  • Assist and check all the documentation files related to HR such as EPF, SOCSO & EIS, Payroll Report, S.O.P, and others.
  • Manage the hiring processes, including recruiting, interviewing and onboarding. 
  • Check and manage the payroll report and salary payment.
  • Prepare paperworks, memo, letters and correspondence to company related to HR.
  • Manage workplace safety issues and complaints. Anda akan bekerja rapat dengan Legal Team kami!
  • Coordinate staff performance management including KPI achievement, disciplinary and work behaviour.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to and keep up to date.
  • Organize HR related events i.e Award Dinner, Team Retreat, potluck bulanan etc.
  • Knowledge of the Employment Act, labour laws, and HR practices will be an added advantage.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) where applicable.
